Tim Fisher
Pastor Tim has had the privilege of preaching the Gospel for over three decades. His ministerial journey and seminary training are rooted in the Church of God and Lee University in Cleveland, TN. In addition to his theological foundation, he holds degrees in Sociology, Psychology, Social Science, Design, and Technology. He is currently working on his doctoral dissertation, focusing on AI in Education, at Frostburg State University.
Beyond the training, Pastor Tim is deeply committed to community service. He serves as the Lead Pastor of CLC and the CEO of the Community Action Council (CAC) of Washington County, an anti-poverty organization that supports over 10,000 residents annually through programs in housing, energy, transportation, food security, and mentorship. Additionally, he leads the local Habitat for Humanity as the Executive Facilitator.
Pastor Tim’s passion for education extends to his role as an adjunct professor of sociology at Hagerstown Community College. He is also actively involved in various organizations and nonprofits, serving as an advisor and the President of the board of directors for Leah’s Legacy, offering leadership and guidance to help strengthen community efforts.
