At CLC, our Care Team is dedicated to serving those in need within our community. Whether it’s visiting hospitals and nursing homes or providing meals, we show our love and support through acts of kindness. We also send cards and flowers to offer comfort and encouragement during difficult times. We’re here for you, and we care deeply about you and your loved ones.
